This Christmas Quo are supporting specialist music charity Nordoff Robbins, helping them to raise £100,000 for vital music therapy services.
The band have been supporting Nordoff Robbins now for over 20 years. The work they do, helping people through music, giving them hope, is a really amazing thing, music can have a huge impact on vulnerable children and adults.

'Better Than That' is the third single release from the album Quid Pro Quo. The track is bundled with live versions of 'Two Way Traffic' and 'Let's Rock', recorded at the Cornbury Festival earlier this year and is available for download only from iTunes now.

Quo are this year's recipients of the Nordoff Robbins Lifetime Achievement Award sponsored by Sony Ericsson.
They collected the award on 1st July at the star-studded Silver Clef Awards, and had this to say about the honour; "We've supported Nordoff Robbins for some time. The work they do, helping people through music, giving them hope, is a really amazing thing. We are proud and honoured to be receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Silver Clef Lunch. To be receiving this Award from an organisation who have been transforming lives through music for over 50 years makes this an even greater honour."
Limited Edition Prints of Terry Pastor's artwork which was made for Quo's 'Pictures - 40 Years of Hits' auction at Bonhams in 2009 are now on sale from Terry's own site.
Only 175 of these prints will be made available and they are individually numbered and signed in pencil by Francis, Rick and Terry Pastor.
