Filming in Thailand for Quo's debut feature film 'Care Factor Zero' has now been put back until February 2009. Although the majority of the financing for the film is now in place, it has been decided to delay filming (originally scheduled for February 2008) due to demands on the band to promote the 'In Search of the Fourth Chord' album outside of Europe during this period. The script has now been rewritten to include sequences of Quo at a live gig in Bangkok!
The proposed movie will be an action thriller and Status Quo would like to be able
to involve their fans in a government investment scheme which invites individuals
to invest in the movie and would allow fans to appear in the film as extras, attend
the premiere party and private live performance and be credited
within the soundtrack album.
